Educational Psychology Services Are Lead By A Credentialed School Psychologist who Provides:
- Collaboration with parents, school staff and community members to strategize on interventions, policy and procedures for students.
- Administer a comprehensive battery of standardized test, rating scales, review records and observations to establish eligibility, re-evaluate eligibility and provide insight into placement.
- Participation in Manifestation Determination, 504 and SSPT meetings.
- Assistance in data collection for Functional Behavioral Analysis and Behavior Intervention Plans.
- Participation in Individual Educational Plan meetings, providing findings on cognitive ability, social emotional, behavioral and adaptive skills.
- Service as a consultant to school staff, parents, and therapist
- Serve as a member of the crises team.
- Provide individual and group counseling to students to address academic and behavioral goals.
- Knowledgeable of the 13 eligibilities under IDEA (Individuals with Disability Act) and FAPE (Free Appropriate Public Education) as it pertains to student in special education.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

- Individual assistance with utilizing the necessary social emotional skill-sets needed for navigating home, work, and leisure while sustaining a holistic balance.

- Over 25 years of experience in Community Social Work with Mental Health Services, the Department of Children and Family Services, and the Department of Probation.
- More than 5 years of experience providing educational services to K-12th grade students.

- Assistance to parents, children, and teachers with developing the necessary skills to navigate the social emotional landscape in the classroom community and home.

- Masters in Educational Leadership.
- More than 20 years providing direct services to youth & families in school & community based settings.
- Certificated in Breakthrough Parenting Classes.
- Trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Group Facilitation.
Therapy Services Are Lead By A Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who Provides:
- An approach rooted in cultural humility that is strength based and client centered.
- Individual assistance with utilizing the necessary social emotional skill-sets needed for navigating home, work, and leisure while sustaining a holistic balance.
and has accomplished:
- Over 20 years experience in mental health & social services.
- More than 15 years in executive leadership heading up mental health agency’s and programs providing outpatient and inpatient services to adults and youth in Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
- Elected to the California MHSA Multicultural Coalition.
- Received the Cultural Excellence Award from the County of San Bernardino Department of Behavioral Health Services.
- Is a member of the Task Force Study Model for African American Student Achievement for San Bernardino County.
